It's the user not the pole, we have 5 of gardiners poles with no problems.

Is yours fitted with a gooseneck ?

I have had an 18' slx and 35' slx along with other poles,I have superlite brushes on them all. I dont have water dripping down the poles.

I have 2 x Resi goosenecks attached at the end of each pole instead of just the one. I have quite a few windows with very deep stone cills and its the only way to reach the bottom of the window without eroding the pole.

Water does not drip down the pole because the brush sticks out a fair bit from the pole.

Give it a go.

ive never had this problem with any poles ive used.the one thing ive done a few times is disconnect the pole and ended up with a faceful of water due to pressure in the hose!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
