never mind the pole.
The hard bit would be the staircase windows. They look high over the stairs with some very white walls. I guess that the whole place is similar, it would take quite a lot more time to do inside. If you have cream carpets and emulsion walls you need to be very careful with the water.
You could probably talk them into €500 if you did the whole thing to a high standard.

It looks like a nice easy job outside, but it would be easy to come unstuck doing the inside.

the website is new and the people are genuine.it's hard to find some one in france to do this kind of work.the only awkward windows are the ones on the stairs which she understands if we can't do them.the place is about 2 -3 hours drive from dover so not that far.and we will only be charging for diesel ,ferry and highway taxes.we will probably be travelling sunday or saturday night just to have time to get there and and set up everything.we can even take the girlfriends    as accomodation is not an issue.i will probably charge 2 days work for 2 people plus the travelling costs, which is about £800.

In used to live in rural France, and yes I never remember seeing any window cleaners.

Where abouts in France is the Chateau?

It's 1944 all over again!

You land on the beaches and invade from the West; Moem Gorod (Vadim) will attack from the East and it'll be Coffee and Bratwurst in Berlin by teatime!

Why not do a deal for "free holidays" to the value of ... ? (With free access to the wine cellar)
It's a game of three halves!

Did a very similiar place in size recently.

£175.00 outside £350 insides.

It should have been more, another £100 would have made it a goodun', however I was hoping to get the regular clean on it.

It took 2 days for 2 of us.

Have you spotted the below ground-level windows?

Also the insides can be viewed with the numbered keys on the bottom right of the main pic. You want allow a fair bit more than I did looking at the insides.

He is going to take a proper on-site inspection isn't he?
