DOES ANYONE HAVE A STATIC TANK OUT SIDE? HOW DO YOU STOP THE WATER FREEZING? woops sorry bout the caps, i dont have a garage or shed to keep a tank in

MINE HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUTSIDE KEEP THE RO WARM OR TAKE IT IN, AND IF YOUR WORRIED ABOUT TRANSFER HOSE FREEZING UP FILL VAN EVERY NIGHT WHEN YOU RETURN FROM WORK THATS WHAT I DO. 5 YRS WFP NO PROBLEMS YET.

The ro is going to be in my van and can take the transfer pump out, I suppose thinking about it, it shouldn't freeze due to the quantity in the tank? Or am I wrong?

Very wrong in my experience. Mine has been in a garage and smashed the RO THREE times!!!
And yes the tank could freeze. Just make sure the ro is tucked warm and if the tanks frozen, no biggie is it.
