the round has 215 houses and takes £1506 and can be done in 10 working days at a canter :) all houses are in good areas of the town all within a 3 mile radius.
all round is well established cleaned on average over 20 times.....not bad eh!

i want 12k for it 8x the clean...as long as the person goes in and does a good job they,ll have themselves £19500 a year!!!

 the round is 4 weekly hence cleaned 13 times a year @ £1500= £19500
also there are yearly conservatory cleans and gutter and fascias cleans to,so you could add at least another 1k to the above figure.

yea hard graft lol....iam into year 3 now. the first year i worked 7 days a week door knocking every night ..hated it! however hated my job more lol.

now all work comes from recommendation or through the website. we do flyer though 2000 at a time but the pick up is only about 2 %.

i would say be smart uniform helps . be professional the van will help.
dont under cut to get work!!!!  drop all messers and not todays.
i give em a 3 strikes if there lucky. but i,ll tell them all day long i run my business not the customer.
i will bend over backwards to and go out of my way for them if they need a clean
or have some thing on. its good old fashioned customer service.

DO NOT UNDER PRICE.... to run a successful wfp biz you need to have an average of at least £9 per property. DONT SELL YOURSELF SHORT.
                                         hope this helps  david.
