Sarill:thankyou to all of those who gave me good advice [keep my hands off the dole cheating gutter snipe] or else if I followed my usual course of action Im sure I wouldnt be here typing this letter.

TODAY:I was working away on the furthest part of my round when this gutter snipe came walking past me with his ladders  I ASKED HIM WHAT HE THOUGHT HE WAS DOING AND TOLD HIM HES TAKING THE MICK NOW. Iknew these other w/cs worked on there so i rang them to warn them about him.10 mins latter two of the group appeared to sort him out,because he had taken some of his customers by undercutting him. SO I TOLD HIM WERE HE LIVED +WERE BMX BOY LIVED, GOD HELP THEM WHEN THEY ARE CATCH UP WITH THEM.

Got a good friend at the tax office [very very high up] shes going to phone them up to confirm that they are w/c  and later on when they havent filled in their tax return she will want to know why [personally] SHE EVEN SUGGESTED TO ASK THEM HERSELF IF THEY ARE ANY GOOD AND HOW LONG HAVE THEY BEEN W/C.she suggested no one wants to appear as though they are novices so they may say 2/3 years what with no tax return? OH BOY

I always try to walk away from these situations but sometimes you just cant.  I dont know if you remember one of my first FRANTIC posts here.  It was about an ex-employee who had gone to work for another (new) w/c.  

I wrote him a friendly letter enclosing his P45 and reminded him about his contract which stated, and I quote  "

Finally we would like to remind you that the details contained within your ‘Contract of Employment’ are still current and in particular would suggest you read the clause headed ‘Confidentiality’ which states  “During your employment with XXXXX XXXXor at any time after it’s termination, however arising, you will not use or disclose to any person or persons, any company related information’’.  Any breach of this contract, signed on 13th January, 2005 will be taken very seriously and dealt with accordigly"


We have since discovered he has canvassed the houses local to his home and contacted 3 of my bigger commercial jobs (without success).  He said it was not him so guess what - I  anonomously reported his company to the police for no tax or Mot and it has been impounded for 28 days.

Out of action  for 28 days !! Am I guilty NO WAY they are still getting their Dole Money !!!
