Yes I have a lot of pain in the muscle behind my shoulderblade. On dihydracodine at the moment and some other tablets... Not doing much though.
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

When I had joint problems I used Glucosamine and Chondroitin. It takes a while to take effect but definitly helped.

Only used it for about a year and not had problems since, (touch wood). I got it from here

Lots of aches and pains when I started WFP but they passed after a while. Still get pulled muscles and things from straining for those awkward windows.

It could be muscular, that stuff would be a waste of time in that case.

im sure ive got a rsi from wfp.been at it for about 5 yrs now .ive been struggilng with a back problem for about 6 months.only seems to stop when i stop with the pole.
not sure what to do,seems to be on going as ive been to chiros and osteos but not a greatr deal of help as i think i just keep putting my back out again by wfp.
might think about going bsck on the ladder and employing another guy to work on the pole.

daren ,thats me to ,neck and back.let me know what treatment you get m8

anyway carefull you guys.
