what computer can i use your system on

Darren we work on everything, whatever you have, as long as it fits criteria.  Phone, touch screen, internet access, thats basically it.

Out in the field workwise as long as you have a touch screen phone, with internet access.  Thats all you need, nothing else.

We are not an application based programme we work via a browser ie, Mozilla, or whatever you are using.

MAC, Iphone, PC, Androids, the whole lot. 

Apps, yes you can do them but you would have to do them for every different mobile.  It would take a long time.

You dont plug in, dont update, dont synchronize, dont print paper, nothing

Its all on your mobile

We store your data, we look after it, its backed up.

Basically, we take your data, we look at how you are planning your rounds, and how you want to integrate into Midas. however you work currently is no problem for us.  If you work on weeks, rounds, days, its fine.  Its our job to put it into Midas.  Its a very strict system that really dosent allow you to make mistakes.

Its very tight.  If you miss a job, it will tell you.  But it has to be tight to pull out problems.  You dont have a choice to muck around with the system.

So on the mobile side of things you would go to  Coll, we call it (collections) tap in the round number, or however we need to organise your data.  It will just pull it up.  House number, the amount that they owe, etc etc

Its already being used by window cleaners.

But I suppose Its just data on the move.  No worrying about getting home and starting again.  Its live so its already been done.  What you update on the mobile is updated on the computer at home.  Like google, like facebook, like twitter
