Evening all
  ive just got my first pre clean before the painters go in and paint a private care home its a 7 bedroom 3 bathrooms 2 living rooms and a kitchen / dining room.   
Went in today with one of the owners basically all there was to do was wipe all the dust from skirting,door frames corners of the ceiling etc 2 off us did the 2rd floor 4 bedrooms taken 2 hours.Going back next Tuesday to do the 1st floor week after to do the  ground floor.
For payment i can do . As the work is done
                                  . When the whole job is finished
I do windows and carpets at there other care home and also there office windows but never done anything this big. What would you charge for something like this per hour or a set price

Hi Gavin,

I would give a set Price. But you have already done it or part of it from your post? Have you not already agreed a price in writting

Rule one always agree in writting - even if its just an email.

I cant say what I would have charged to do it without actually seeing it, but our minimum call out is £100 + vat off small jobs that only take 2 - 3 hours for 1 person.

thanks for your reply Dave normal i do agree a price first but they have ofsted coming soon so it all go and they are always happy with my work and prices as i said this is the first time for this type off services. I was hoping to add this sort off cleaning next year as I've only been going a year myself with the window and carpet cleaning and I've just added power washing which all is going well just this was put on me out off the blue
