Leaf Vacs

Hi guys ( and ofc girls ) Pleased to have found this forum .
We have picked up a few jobs over the summer with large outside areas and im not looking forward to autumn to be honest . I like my nice low tech broom but it could get a bit silly so iv been looking over shoulder mounted or even small wheeled leaf vac / mulcher type kit .
Iv read some mixed reviews on line of how well leaf vacing works so I wondered if anyone has used this stuff in anger and had any recommendations .

Ryobi seems to be the gardeners choice from what I've seen.

We have a Ryobi (sucker / blower), can't fault it but to be honest it hardly gets used.
Stihl is the one the pro's tend to go for but the cost goes with the rep.

I have a 4 stroke Makita leaf blower / Vac which gets used 6 - 8 times every Sat & Sun for blowing grass etc off bouncy castles and I can't fault it. I only fill it up 2 or 3 times a year

We have an Overton 125 wheelie bin type and a tecumseh engine centurion hybrid four wheeler with a wander hose, and mulcher.
The latter is better for leaves being quicker and not being able to suck up hidden bottles and cans when in push node.
The Overton is great when used with homemade adaptors to fit various specialised jobs- paddock and events- for any size bin. Straight to bag is useful but replacement hose is expensive.
Trouberl with using a 4 stroke and a two stroke is operator awareness.
