laminate flooring
« on: September 01, 2010, 11:06:45 pm »
I have to quote on cleaning a large area of laminate flooring and being aware of the expansion problems and never cleaned an area of this size before wondered the best way to go about it. I did have the idea of using carpet bonetts just damp with a cleaning solution and a rotary. I do not know whether it is a water locked product.
I have about 30 pad which would allow me to change when soiled.
If you do not wish to post answers give me a bell it would be appreciated.

Hi Peter,

Laminate flooring will not respond well to moisture, microfibre mopping would be the best way to tackle this, not quite sure why you would even consider a rotary, albeit low moiusture with pads!

Of course this depends on the level of soiling present and indeed the type of premises.
