They are a tender match company, has anyone had any dealings with them.

you pay a monthly fee and they pass leads to you mainly local Authority work etc

Sounds to me like someone trying to get a network together.

I know another guy who did this type of thing. He didn't have enough resources to take on national contracts so he got a bunch of self employed window cleaners together to cover the whole country.

He then presents himself as a big company with many vans in all these different cities. Once he had the contracts he ditched one contractor after another as he employed his own people and expanded.

Nifty eh?
