let me know if i have missed anyone who has asked .and any feedback .i know i have copied and modded it but it was me who copied it into word so you can all edit to your  liking.

and thanks to Duke for doing the original draft ,i hope you dont mind mate i just thought i would shorten it a bit and mention the current eu regs
