help needed for quote

Hi all,
have been asked today to quote to monthly sparkle clean on 2 x 4 bed new builds and 2 x 5 bed houses including windows and tidying any rubbish from outside and want to do this properly. I will need  method statement, risk assessment and COSHH so if anyone can pass on templates not sure if i need the coshh as work will be done by me only but would be really grateful for any help.

dave you are an absolute star but the cosh thing where do i get the information as mainly use just off the shelf cleaning products ie domestos 100% limescale remover, jif etc

If you go on to the suppliers website, coshh sheets should be available to download on all products, if not email them..

COSHH sheets also available from the supermarket where they are bought, ask at the information desk.

You still need this stuff even if you are working alone, after all it's your eye sight and health that could be saved if anything does go wrong. The more information the hospital has the better chance you have of recovery.
