I have the second one used here in the States. It is awesome and as best as I can figure it has saved me at least 25-30% on water usage from those times where I loose hold of my shut off valve. It has also allowed me to increase my production by having better hold of my pole instead of needing to keep the shut off in my hand to save water. Probably increased my speed by 20%.

i would definitly recommend the aqua-daptor, it is so much easier than taps, it is not just about pulling the hose to switch on/off there is 2 options, you can also control from the brush head at ground level,

     Hi leights,

     If its sticking, there could be two reasons:
1)  There maybe debris & need rinsing out as instructions advise when you purchase one.
     which should be done from time to time.

2) There may be a fault, which we will gladly sort out, just get your friend to get intouch

It sounds interesting.  As I'm on a water meter (with a merlin - ouch !! ), such a device would pay for itself eventually.  Assuming a saving of 100 litres a day, that would be 1m³ saved each fortnight.  Probably about £3 a month saved on water bills.
Not massive but for anyone on a meter, it's effectively a free tool.

I have always used a tap on the base of a my pole.

I havent used an aqua-adapter but do find that being able to turn my water supply off and on or adjust its flow rate is important.

But finding the tap on the end of the pole isnt the difficulty you appear to be making out it is. Its a bit like knowing where the ignition is in your car, you dont look for it, its quite instinctive as to where it is and you just put your keys in without thinking twice about it.

I just reach and turn the supply off, no time delays whatsoever.

I realize that it's not a big issue or concern for everyone, it's just something that some of our customers have mentioned that they prefer about using the Aqua-dapter.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but depending on how your tap is connected it will either be in a different place depending on how much your pole is extended, or you have it fixed with a loop of hose from the tap to the brush?

Quite a few people have said that using the Aqua-dapter is quicker than they thought it would be, so they're able to save water between windows, when brushing cills, removing a stubborn mark from a conservatory roof etc.

However, if your tap is working for you, then great!

Basically, yes, there is a loop from one end of the tap mounting to the pole.

got mine this week and its probably the best bit of wfp kit i,ve bought so far , i,ve tried all the others ie autobrush , taps , triggers , pinching the hose , and the aqua dapter beats them all hands down , regards alan

Hi alan can you explain why you think this is as i have been using a trigger for years and you dont have to move your hand away from it to turn the water off,

With the aqua- dapter you have to move your hand to the base of the pole to turn off do you not? i dont know as i have not seen or used one

I didn't use a tap before,.. just unclicked the quick connect to stop the water! Taps always annoyed me,.. either looking for it dragging behind me or tripping over the loop if it was on my belt (plus a wet leg). The aqua adapter is much better imo.
