Recently downloaded George and finding it really invaluable.

I have been doing my round up until now on a monthly basis whereas George is 4 weeks ( I know it can set to 5 weeks etc )

Any of your customers complain about the frequency when its in effect every 28 days ??

Every 4 wks is what everyone does I thought.nobody will complain cause they will get uses to u coming every.  Monday etc

u get the odd one who says your back early,  but they are usually the ones who are crap payers anyway

I tell all my custys every 4 weeks some are 2 guest houses hotels etc.

i always say to new custies every 4-5 weeks then that gives me a bit of leeway because of bad weather etc.i also say it might be 6 weeks in winter because of short days.

I wouldn't.

Monthly/ 4 weekly is virtually the same thing.

I've never had a customer argue over it. We quote monthly and turn up 4 weekly.

Just do them every four weeks, if anyone says anything just tell them that most of your round is done that way and that it is not practical to do them on a monthly basis as it would mean visiting that area twice, and that is going to cost you time and money.

If you do a clean every 4 weeks you can manage 13 cleans per year- more income

If you do a clean every month you only manage 12 cleans per year.

It's up to you!
