carbon fiber pole DIY

Hi  I came across a post many weeks ago where the member gave a web site that sells carbon fiber poles to order and it apparantly worked out cheaper than buying a ready made pole.  Does anyone have any idea what the web site is please ???.  Thought i would look into it more.

Hey Guys,  thanks for the web site, but this was not the site i had been too before- where ever it was.  No Chinese ;D.
this site provided made to measure sections whatever length and was in english a plus dont you think.  Anyone else know where this site might be.
