Yeah.

I agree.

This year I've seen more spiders than ever before and some of them are huge.

I still evict them though.

I amazed at those spiders who hide in the corners have nest eggs in that little sack of web stuff sticks to everything.

As for cobwebs across a window - don't that stuff just stick to the glass like super glue and it does seems this year has been worse.

Didn't have many wasps this year though did we? I saw my first one the other day.
I can never remember seeing so few of them. Not that I miss them mind. Dai

I just done a couple of rural cleans and you should see the spider Sh!!t on the windows and sills evel to get off...

Cob webs ect I carry a dry hand brush and brush around the window before I start (takes a little longer but saves loads of time when cleaning window..

This summer has been the worst I`ve ever known for spiders and cobwebs.Especially near a river.
As I understand it,there is a fluid that can be sprayed onto frames etc. that act as a repellent and
protector.Ya do have to get planning permission before use as it could be classed as a possible
hazzard to birds and wildlife, though it is as I understand it to be just a formality.I`ve written to
a couple of firms who specilize in this type of repellent but they never got back to me.That was
last summer I think.Perhaps anyone interested could do the same,(start off with a `search`) then
come back to the group with any relevant information if it being a success.Any takers??
