I will agree with the above. The IICRC course is excellent, and as mention will also count for your training for NCCA, so you only then have to join NCCA, when you can afford it. But it is also the closest course to Norfolk, I have done the NCCA training course and lots of IICRC courses, and the IICRC are the better course because they are longer.
NCCA is carpets and upholstery in two days, IICRC is two days per subject so 4 days in total.
