tds gone up?

hi guys just move my 300gpd ro-man to my new house and so i thought lets change the pre filters.
my problem is this my in water is 290 and my out water is now 12ppm, before i moved it and changed the filters it was comeing out at 8ppm so what has changed?
I flushed the ro for over an hour and its not the first filter change iv done and the system is pumped to 100 psi.

anyone had this trouble?

your Psi should 80 max or else you are putting your membranes under stress.
