Were still waiting on the LED roof lighting to be fitted so that'll have to be your glitter ball , Appreciate the comments tho

That's an awesome looking machine, at 68 hp must be about as powerful as there is the UK.

What sort of pressure do you clean at with the SX12?

Ohhh not you then, Someone else with a yellow van then

On that particular floor we ran at 1800psi, The grout was in great condition other than a few little areas but the dirt was properly ground in and we had a huge area to cover so bumped up the pressure abit, The normal psi range is from 800 - 1600, It also depends on what type of dirt and grease cleans up better with heat so lower the psi and general dirt better with pressure so raise the psi, Always check the condition of the grout before you start as loose bits can blow out, Its not very common for that to happen though

I have a clean tech spinner 12inch  does exactly the same job but half the price ( not as sexy looking though)

I looked at the Woodbridge site for one but there site is unfathomable, great if you want a sprocket for the wheel of your Henry, nothing but pushing a hard floor course, no spinners for sale at all any where, surely even they can realise if you want a course you would want a spinner! and vice versa.

While I admit that Altec sell their hard floor spinner for £700 plus, it seems dear for what it is and I know they have to make a profit and thats cheaper than Hydramasters. But I cant help but think they would sell a lot more if the price was more reasonable.

Thats why we are looking out for a more reasonably priced one, arent we?

Give them a call fella, I agree the web-site is crap to be honsed but they are pretty good on the phone and usually the cheapest by far

Looks like it will do the job but is it not abit hard moving that around with the suction? I have to pull ours with both hands sometimes as it sucks onto the tiles so much

it has a brush skirt which stops the vacuum  locking it down onto the floor.

I actually use this tool to do out side powerwashing. at 3500psi I need to stick a 10k wieght on it to keep it from taking off
