Gary,
Nice video.
What had you done to the floor prior to rinsing it with the SX-12, chemical wise, I mean or is it just straight high pressure doing the cleaning?
Is it a TM providing the pressure and vac?
What's the market for this kind of cleaning - domestic -commercial and how do you go about marketing it?
Sorry for all the questions.
Simon
No worries Simon ill do my best to help
Floor was pre-treated with a acid based cleaner, Moped on and left to dwell, Grout lines were done with a grout brush then extracted with the TM (our new one
) at high pressure and with plenty of heat.
The market is very good for this type of cleaning, We've been doing it for approx 5years now and have found our best marketing technique is just doing a free sample on the back-end of a CC job, Once the customer see's the outcome its a guaranteed job, They all seem to think their hard floors dont get dirty
, Its also very enjoyable to do as its easier than CC and some of the results are amazing
