just say to every one you meet on your round that ladder window cleaners will not have proper insurance , and the ones that do are paying top doller for it and will sew at the slightest thing .
this happend to a window cleaner up north who sewed one of his custys for uneven ground when he fell off . this is what i m going to do  to stop the numpty who is trying to undercut me and take my custys.

I say similar things like that to potential new custies. Especially when wcs with ladders walk across sloping roofs. If they break a tile then it could prove costly bcus the tile they break isn't in production anymore so would be much harder to get an exact match.

Agree ccmids.I also do the same.gets me the work.I say don't get a ladder man as they have no insurance because using ladders are illegal.

well said gary but when you get someone who is out to get your custys you will see what i meen, ive got nothing against any ladder man what so ever , just the one whos kicking me so this is what im doing it for .
there is plenty of work out there for every one , no need to start slaging my work off and undercutting to get my custys that ive done for years.
i only found out what he was saying to them when one of my custys told me . ive not lost one yet thankfully.

I say WFP is poo, dont clean windows and leadges propley, scrach windows damage frames just a lazy way to TRY and clean windows lol.but if u need the work  ccmids then good luck to ya if ppl are stupid to belive that ladders are banned so we carnt ger insurance there not worth haven.tossa

Truth of the matter is u may have insurance but its invalid if u have a accident because your not using safest method.
