How do i tell them???

Im about to change over to WFP but i need to let my customer’s know all about the advantages about WFP, so does anyone have a letter they have made when they changed over that i could use because i dont know were to start on telling them..

Hi Bazzy,

Telling every client is just too time consuming and detracts from earning.

We put together a Newsletter telling them all about the technology and the reasons why we changed from the traditional method.

It worked for us as it stopped the barage of questions and explanation time.  Let me know if you would like a copy.  You could then adapt it to suit.

Hi Bazzy - I accidently deleted my letter but I can show the salient points

Hi Everyone at (place/street name)
Just to let you know I am now using the wfp system and not ladders.
Main reasons are it is very effective for cleaning all of the frames and glass by washing them with purified water
It takes a couple of cleans to get all of the dirt and any chemical residue off, and there may, at first, be some 'spotting' where small marks remain. These will disappear after a couple of cleans
For me, it means being much safer because I remain on the ground.
For yourselves, it enhances your privacy, as well as providing excellent results.

bazzy-saril is spot on Ispent 10 mins with each of my customers explaining how why when,and lost a lot of time doing it only to be
told a  month later they had move w/c dole cheating gutter snipe.
If i had my time  again I would use a leaflet or else just do them and uck um all.

I didnt even tell mine i just done them and explained to them while doing them.There are thousands upon thousands of people residential and commercial who want thir windows cleaned dosent matter how its done as lon as there cleaned.For the last 6 months i have not used a ladder only wfp.

This don't tell them but it may help

WINDOW MAY STREAK AFTER BEING WASHED WITH A POLE
Streaking will only occur if at all on the first 2-3 washes, This is due to residual detergent matter on the frames, ruber seals ect. If this does occure simple contact me and I will
a) return and redue the problem windows within 24 hrs (No charge)
b) arrange a discounted price on the next clean.
 I welcome your comments on my work as it helps me give a better service.
