Well , you should be worried lol....did you not take all this into your business plan?are you sure that you have been cleanig 5 years ?Did you not know that there is healthy competition out there?or did you think , because you bought a round , that no one else can come near the houses that you clean ?i think you should take another look at how you are running your business,lets say you wish to expand.... no rounds for sale in your area?What would you do ?
As already been said. If you do a good job you should have nothing to worry about.For example I was doing a customers windows on Wednesday and her friend came out. She asked how much I charge for a 3 bed ex-council semi. I told her £7 which is I think is a fair price. She said can you come and do mine. I went yesterday and all the frames and cills were filthy and no edging done.. She told me the couple of lads who had been doing them were charging £4 but would gladly pay me a tenner if I did them like I do her friends every time. I wipe the frames and cills every time.After I had finished she told me it always goes to prove you get what you pay for.
