Low value? What does that mean?

I've got loads of crap work, there's no money in it 'cos I'm creaming the top off?

Easy, I can't see the point in low value work. So it seemed odd to me to advertise work that was virtually non profitable So i was asking what low value work was, simples.
I have been offered low value work in the past usually one shop front which entails trying to park near a town centre and wasting loads of valuable time. Since Daves reply I understand the kind of guys who might want that kind of work. Either someone who is desperate or someone who specialises in town centre shop front work and can fit it in with their other jobs.
