get 20 pieces of paper no 1 - 20 and put the jobs on them   ie  1- 5  is week 1 monday to friday 6-10 is week 2 mon day to friday  etc

i would put you 121 fortnigth on week 1 and 3 and the other on week 2 and 4

How did the previous w/c run it ??

if you have 2 weekly on wks 1 and 3 wont they clash ? ie on week 3 you will be trying to do week 1 as well for 2nd cleans?

i do 4 and 8 weeks and try to balance these as days in an area  so every 8 weeks is busyier than 4 weeks but in the same road/area.

sort the work out into streets and areas,do the fortnigtly in each area week 1 and 3, and any monthlys spilt in half for week 1 and 3 to balance the work,do same for another area to give you week 2 and 4

I had a round like that, eventually put them all on four weekly, got behind once and it did my head in. ;D
I can remember when waking up stiff in the morning was a good thing.

putting them 4 weekly is silly ,you are losing 120 cleans,if he hasnt got enough work that is a dent in his wage and also devalues the selling price later, thought you lads had business sense  ;)

Go out and start cleaning them.

When they are due again, go and clean them for a second time.
