Hi Ian

I have 5 litres of this but i've not tried it yet. I've seen reports on here that the spotting botlles they do that contain Bio Clean arent very effective though and not the best product to promote your business with!!

i think its a product thats not well known and not used by many - hence no replies on it!

maybe you are the one and only user Ian so your comments on it may actually help - go on tell us - is it any good?  :)

I find it works ok on reasonably clean carpets, but either I am nervous of it not performing  but on white carpets with average trafic lane dirt requires a lot of work.

It does leave carpet soft and does not irritate my skin as other products do.

Hi Ian

That does seem to back up what others have said - it doesnt seem to have any wow factor to it and maybe no advantages over other more popular eco products already well establised
