Flojet up down or sideways
« on: July 08, 2010, 10:07:55 pm »
Does it matter which way up the flojet pump sits in the van? A mate (and window cleaner) of mine is experiencing a lack of pressure with his Flojet pump ever since he positioned it upwards but it may just be a coincidence

it should always be positioned with the plastic pump part at the bottom and the metal motor at the top.
This isn't because of pressure issues,.. its just that if the pump does develop a leak the water falls away from the motor & electrics. ;)
