finally got one
« on: July 07, 2010, 12:40:27 pm »
hi guys aftwer months of umming and rrring i just bought a pressure washer, its a poseidon with the honda gx390 ,i got it off ebay and it is mint so i am very pleased that i waited and did not buy new. i have an add going in the local paper next week and i am going to start on the leaflet design thisafternoon, i can get 5000 a5 leaflets for £99 or double sided for £149 110 gramme i think or 10.000 a6 glossy 210 gramme one side for £144.00 ,  so my first question is is this a good price, i know it is more than some of you are paying but it is a local company and i am hoping it is not a great deal more expensive than buying on the internet. my second question is is anyone willing to give me a couple of before and after pictures for the leaflets the printers say they have got clip art but no before and after photo's. i live in swansea so if anyone out there from a different area is willing to offer advice on the leaflet design ie possible wording layout i would be grateful for the help.

Hi

I've just had leaflets done by dp printers in hull and they are fantastic i know there for carpet cleaning but i know they do some for pressure washers as well, i scoured the net and looked locally and i found these to be the best for value for money! i'd give them a call and speak to mark! real nice guy and knows his stuff

Hope this helps

Hi

I'm in the same boat as you....part-time freelance journalist and decided to do pressure cleaning the rest of the time, in the process of buying some kit and advertising locally. Much the same as you to be honest.

I've designed the leaflet myself and can forward it on to you via pdf, jpeg or what ever. I did it on InDesign and after some constructive feedback i've included all necc details.

Let me know

Ed :)
