I might over charge and undercut at times as my price is what I what for a job. If  it more and they are happy to pay, good. If its less they I might just get the business. I quoted on a few houses the other day and my price was 12 pound each as the houses only had 6 windows and only one door has glass. The fellow just happened to charge 18 quid I have take over 8 of these houses. Is it my fault he wants more. I did not have any idea what he would charge and don’t want to know. As it might screw up my pricing. . Its just business.
I make a price for what I do and not negotiate on my prices as if I wanted less I would have made the price lower in the first.

Hi James 44,Sorry if I was not clear,I mean I would take an extra 20 mins on the first clean,to do a really pucker job and to lay the foundations {if you like} for the next clean ,a maintainance clean I think you Pros call it,that I would do loads quicker than the first clean.  ;)  I hope this makes sense,Cheers Ant  8)
