We 'signed' up last year, and although we've had no enquiries, Scim City have certainly not 'bombarded' us with e-mails. We wouldn't mind if they did, their prices are bloody good!

I found this web site by typing in "window cleaner wanted" into yahoo search engine and this site came up.

Now if I was a customer who is looking for a window cleaner and they do the same and they come across the same site what are they going to do.

1  They will think what a load of ***t that is, and not bother contacting any of the profesional cleaners who are listed there.

2  They will say "its run by a private company who might send emails to those who are listed and try to sell them products" so I won't use this information which I WANT because its unfair they are subjected to this kind of blatant advertising.

3  As for not covering you area.  I am sure that your area can be included, all you need to do is ask.

Now the point of this web site as I see it is to inform the public that we are here and who we are.

If you don't want to be known to future customers then DON'T CRY or WINGE about it, just don't join.

Thanks for the link ive just signed up i found it quite usefull to be fair having a look at other window cleaners in my area how much they charge and stuff

Avon doesn't exist anymore either!

A history of Avon:-

Born 1973 (much to the chagrin of Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare)
Died 1998 (much to the delight of Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare)

Bristol has once again got City and County status - it is a county in it's own right - it is not in Glos. or Somerset.

Bath looks after itself along with the rest of North East Somerset (B&NES)
WsM is in North Somerset
The rest of Avon north of Bristol and south of Glos. Is now South Glos.

So - no Avon anymore! Goddit?

(Unless you are on the river Avon which runs thru' Bath and Bristol - and that is not the Stratford-upon-Avon, Avon or the Avon wot runs down thru' Graham Gould's little City of Salisbury)
