Hi Shawn,
Glad to hear you have started it, here is a quick sugestion, wash the windows down first with just your pure water (not polishing it via the Di bottle), then give them a once over with the DI bottle attached, this will save your resin then.

JUST ANOTHER SUGGESTION SHAWN
IF THERES A MAINS TAP OUTSIDE HOOK UP TO THERE
GIVE THE GLASS A GOOD WASHDOWN BEFORE YOU TRY YOUR PURE WATER
IT MAY PROVE QUICKER IN THE LONG RUN AND IT WILL SAVE YOUR PURE WATER

hi m8
correct me if im wrong but if you attach pole to outside tap first wont you just be putting "hard water" on windows first and making it harder for yourself to clean off when the sun has dried it off?

NO
THE HARD WATER YOU PUT ON DONT COMPARE TO THE CRAP YOU GET OFF
BY THE TIME YOU CLEAN PROPERLY THE HARD WATER WOULD HAVE DISAPPEARED ANYWAY

Sounds like the paint has Oxidized and this will cause them milky runs and will not stop. Best way round it is to not touch the top part of the frame and clean the window IE glass only, no other way.
Good Luck

why are you paying £400 wages ??
most of my contracts are 30 days .so it is always best to have a float in the bank .or use a credit card .

That is way to much .,
how can you make a profit on that you need at least 200% profit on labour ie if they are taking £120 a day for you you should pay no more than £40 gross. otherwise what is the point of employing somebody..
if someone gave me £100 a day without the hassle i would be very happy indeed

I pay my lad £7 p/hr clears £49 for a days work..by the sounds of it that seems to be a lot but I'd rather keep the same lad than keep traing new ones.
Pay peanuts get Monkeys
£100 per day a little steep though (is that because he's family?)

hi guys
the thing is he gets £10 hour with the other bloke he works for and i used to get the same and we have been doing 9/10 hours in a day but i have been doing my other customers after and before i sart so havent done too bad although i am exhausted .
the thing is he is a good cleaner and works hard , i think 100 is too much too but we agreed on it i have last day tomorow just half day , with the work ihave done this week i have made from tuesday
£1920 and £400 on labor so still made £1520i dont do that in a month.
