harness training

ive got a job 4 storey offices there is one arkward window see photo
everything eles can be waterfed out side there is harness rings on the wall inside will i need training to use them and what do the harness look like ??
i have never come across them before

arnt they just anchor points for your harness
john ???? probably r ,just put yr d clip through
 anchor point then tighten up the carbiner the lock if u like
no training i no ov to use these anchor points but id want them
checked every so often by say cradle runways or similar

The eyebolt shoud have  a disc on it telling you when the next test is due. If its not after the date you need to use it, don't use it. They should be checked annually.

John you need to wear a full body harness, with a lanyard attached. If you need training any IPAF training centre will train and sell you the correct type.
Check the eye bolt fitted to the wall has been tested before using it.

i have a full body harrness just was not sure
as ive only used them in cherry pickers
and will check the disc

yes they won't me do them only with a harness even though there are only 2 windows to do !!!

clean  them from the inside should be easy if windows open properly
