ive been completed frazzled by the sun yesterday and sunday!factor 30 on and still got burned!!! :

food shopping/swimming and a bit of  world cup football this afternoon......its great being your own boss!!

then debt collecting around 6.get that debt list down a bit!!!

i know if i work today i risk sunstroke and end up having the week off!so im getting a few other things done not work related.im gonna get some factor 50 as well.then back at it tommorrow.

a day out of the sun will give my sunburn a chance to cool down a bit!!!

i work saturdays to catch up or work later in summer.a 6-7pm finish is not unheard of for me!!

i need my haircut as well!!

Before I saw the light I had too many days on mate. 6days a week does your nut in after a while, working every weekend too.

I have my kids on Monday and Tuesday and twins are not at school until September, So I can't work tuesdays as i look after them. We are filling a ten foot splash pool up at the moment and going to be playing in that all afternoon

i working 7-2 at minute as alot of trad work and after that im knackered and cant face anymore in this heat till it cools down abit, if any work left at end of week might do half day saturday

still its no use complaining the weather is nice and it wont be here forever its nice to get home early and chill in garden

I worked till 3 and felt drained.  Had a headache off the glare too.  Going to go out after the match tomorrow when it has cooled down.  The bonus is the custies will be home from work so no collecting,

I have a sun allergy but do not get burnt.  I put P20 on in the morning and this stops the worse of my rash.  My skin does get hardened.
