STATISTICS QUESTION
« on: June 21, 2010, 10:36:19 pm »
Does anybody know what the housing stock is for their area?

council  and private housing?

if you do know how many window cleaners are in your area?

Out of the housing stock what would you say percentage wise out of 100 had their windows cleaned on a regular basis?

That`s a serious lack of window cleaners in your area!

Expect an influx in the Wirral Merseyside ;D

There you go sean!

At the top of the page click on neighbourhood and enter your postcode will give you all you need!

This is useful if you are doing a business plan! you have to know your target market!

If like me you only do private housing this makes a big difference to your target market as you will see!

thankyou

do pretty much anything that pays at the minute but soon once i have a certain figure of turnover i am going to start swapping work for better accounts ie large domestics and small - medium commercial units  so its handy to have that information for finding areas to canvass

thanks

I hope you will excuse my facetious reply from yesterday. I like statistics and number crunching, but is this all a bit pie in the sky, I mean, how many people have their windows cleaned, and by how many window cleaners? It's as long as a peice of string really isn't it? I can't see you getting the info you are after. I bet there are far more window cleaners not in yellow pages than are, and how many are not even legit. I would be interested in what figures you come up with.
