Trinity Estates

Does any one do any work for Trinity Estates there a national management base in Hertfordshire, we do loads of work for them and seen a letter today which was sent to one of the residents about they are taking all there blocks of flats across the country, they have started up there own cleaning business!

hi guys

we do a lot of the big stuff for them but they have bought 10 reach and wash vans and all small development they have taken back in house, have a couple of flats in developments they manage, my dog could clean windows better than them.....

well the business world is a hard one! they will be taking over a 1k a month off my!  :'( time to take a concrete pill and find more work

What area do you cover fella, as they seem to be working out from the head office base so you might be ok for a while.

where right down in Poole in Dorset (next to Bournemouth) have been doing the work for over 8 years now! with no price rise! (was due to put up)

Well lost the lot today!

We spoke with one of the window cleaners today that took over! and omg! didnt have a clue what is was doing! no rinsing and cleaning the frames! to which he said we have to cut corners as aim under pressure to x amount do in a day!  ::) national company miss using a great tool of are trade to make a profit!  >:(

Seriously though, go and see the folk who manage the blocks of flats you do and explain that they have an awful reputation for quality and go in direct.

I think what he is saying, is that it IS the managing agents who are doing the window cleaning themselves now, rather than use outside contractors.

If more and more companys do that, it will be bad news for us.

Ah, gotcha! I was thinking that some flats have their own residents comittee that give the work to whomever they choose.
