My TDS is 190 out of the tap
I have a 200L Ionic trailer
I fill it up via a 25L DI

My problem is I use resin up quickly!!

I have just phoned Ionic & they recomend I buy

One carbon pre filter     £71
One sediment pre filter £68
One RO                         £300
Hoses                            £30

Total                             £469

Is there a better/cheaper way to do this???

p.s. i like to fill my trailer up again after lunchtime after a mornings work, so would like to fill it in about a hour or so

Add a booster pump to that list to fill up quicker.

Do you have any where to have a static system so then it can fill while your working and then you can fill when home and you also wont have to use ionics products....

Go to ebay and buy a 200gpd RO it will work with hard and soft water areas and its about half the price

If youve got the money that your willing to part with to ionics id get

40/40 Ro  £250
2x 20" Filter housings £50
1x 20" sediment filter £5
1x 20" Carbon filter £5
Hose £15

total £325

But if you want to fill up during lunch I can only see you doing it Resin only as 250 ltrs could take between roughly 1.5 to 4 hours.........

As for exactly how long it will take I don't know but if you put it on as you come back from work you will definitely have more then enough water for the next day. I have a 200gpd RO and it makes me about 450 in a good 24hs

and thats all you need my TDS is about 321 so you will be OK and you can get fittings so it can connect to a garden hose
