so whats wrong with mine is it that the pressure washer is not powerfull enough ?

after a lot of passes it does come cleaner but i still have to use the lance to remove the stuborn black bits

it came up alright in the end but took longger than i thought

your help would be appreciated  guys

It appears to me that the bar is not turning correctly, could be a number of reasons , lack of pressure not spiinning the bar I would guess or jet angles not correct perhaps, could be the bar is damadged therfore not spinning right....

just a few thoughts

Need more power I would say.

what hp is your machine ?

Also check that one of yer nozzles isn't blocked! you'd know if it was it would wobble.

Also you might need different nozzles to match the power of your machine. they should also be on a slight angle!

I use flat surface cleaner, it's fast on some jobs - others, TURBO nozzle beats it hands hown, performance and time wise!

I'll get you a photo of mine too so you can see mine.

i think it's just a lack of power / litres per min of water that is your problem !!

give me a few minutes.

 ;)

that's just not nuff grunt i'm afraid! Stick to turbo nozzle with your sut up.

It's ok fo plastics and cars and small jobs, but forget the big stuff. Here's mine for comparison, not as much angle as you can see.

maybe mine aint nuff. !! Works though !

9 hp petrol. 15 ish litres per min.
I reckon mine is borderline good enough for FSC.

Like i said i nearly always end up with turbo.

For that FSC you'd want a 13hp machine. 15 litres a minute or more.

Jetmac.co.uk do brilliant loncin powered ones cheap. I have the 13hp elec start model with the interpump pump & 50mtrs of hose & reel,.. worth every penny!

This is the cheaper one. The interpump one is better (see his shop) but if you're on a tight budget this one will do the job nicely enough.

Got my first paying job with the Loncin 2moro. Looking forward to it! Done a few odds n ends to get the hang of it, and with the turbo nozzle on, it's a dream!

Will give feedback after job!

Turbo nozzle is defo a good investment. :)

My loncin machine has paid for itself twice over already & its only 3 months old. It is a big expense, but you work so much faster & get the results you need with such ease its really worth it. You will do twice the work in a day that you do with your current machine if not more!
