« on: August 24, 2005, 12:05:07 pm »
Just sitting here wondering how many of us are rained of?

I plan to go out armed with bussiness cards to get some more commercial work if it carrys on, cheaper than going shopping with the missus + kids.

Yeah I'm rained off too.  I did a bit until it started though and I even carried on a while afterwards.  I don't see the point of getting soaked when I'm pretty much up to date with my work.  If I was a long way behind with it I probably would work though.

[Manged to do two houses n Stafford today, then Asda for a cuppa, been home since 11, won't go out again today].

Did 2 factories first thing then it pi**ed it down, a customer told me that i should check the weather forcast before i come out in the morning guess what i said - begins with f and ends in off

Oh yes let me just check the weather the forcast is rain for today but its not raining yet , but the forcast says rain ! i'd better have the day off just incase.  I explain to her if we all went on like that we'd never earn a penny , weve got families to feed , mortgages and bills to pay
Just like she has in her warm dry cushy office  stuck up b**ch , yes im rained off too and cheesed off

Hope its dry tomorrow  ;).

yep me :(, going on my holls in month or so and this is going to play havoc with my beer funds :D

as for weather forcasts ill watch them for a rough idea of what the weeks going to be like but with all the new techie stuff we have now you would think we should be getting better at forcasts......

i do my own forcast and put my head out the window in the morning, they forcast 70mph wind across my area for the begining of the week .........that was a load of bull too ;)

no pubs due till next week either :(

ok gota go porn is calling :D

got up this morning at 8.30 had some toast while it lashed down

thought sod this at about 11, so went and did a big shop i have to do, wasnt due till friday morning, but thought "tough"

got home and went a did a Gutter and fascia clean, so even thought its been lashing down all day, ive earned my days money ;)

had a good day aswell, was laughing to myself at about 1.30 as i caught a glimpse of myself in a window, Wide Sun hat on, big coat and shorts and a pair of boots, looked like i was Johnny Utah waiting for Bodhi at Bells beach ;)
