Ian has done very well doing what he does, it aint easy at all, I stopped just after I had first one as they wanted to change things, and my business runs well as it is I ended it quick smart, I did aks Ian for help at that time but didnt have the money he was asking for to help. so just employee instead

to be honest I had a git full of staff and this was the next option, lucky I spotted trouble ahead and stopped it. Lucky for Ian I dont live in his area  because my anme is Ian and I lived in Lancaster

when it goes ok its cool, when they start wanting, and thinking they should get more even though they are notmaking more problems start.

find the right guys no probs , but wrong ems are bad karma, never emply kids, over 25 I would say only, at least that way every bs excuse you made up 15/20 years ago will not be said to you.

make sure you maske enough to take the stress of emplying if it is just to give you a little more time dont do it, just up your price by £2 a drop 20% of work, way less hassle.

on the other hand staff when you find the right guys will be great.

Yeah i know what you mean ian.

my last had was just a waste of time at thinking he would be good having two babies and wanting the money.. in the end asked if he could be saked by saying if theres no work can u write me a letter to say so i can get dole  its repeat custom lol course theres work.

this was after taking days off here and there randomly. Just wanted to get rid in the end. But yeah is great when you have good staff.

they wanted to change my business model, and when I said things that will be done this way they didnt like it. So we ended it. that was before there was any money involved so only wasted a little of my time,
My fault though, as I should have been more clear I guess, but you live and learn!
