Training is a two way street
Is the trainee who can't understand or is it the trainer who can't train
Nobody comes to work to be useless, at least these people show some kind of initiative
How good are we all when a custy slags our work , do we apologise listen and learn or drop them like a ton of bricks
Man management is hard it takes a certain attitude patience and support. Just because you can tell when something needs changed not everybody knows. Have you shown how, explained the importance and showed him the benefits of looking after his equipment or have you just called him stupid lazy etc
Would you like your employee to come on here and tell us what you can and can't do???
Guys you are taught not to blame your tools well your employees are only as good as you make them too
These employees are the face of your business, invest your time in them and reap the benefits
or another way to look at it is if he or she is useless ask yourself this
WHO WAS IT WHO HIRED THEM ?
