I would use twister pads to maintain these.

Sherco, do you use a high speed or low speed rotary?

Hi,
you will need a 400 rpm at least.

We have a 20" Victor with 1000 rpm. Never used on Marble but with a white pad, dry or with a splash of a clean 'n' buff it brings even the dullest floors to an amazing shine.
We also have a smaller 13" victor with 230rpm and whilst it will not get the same finish it will still bring a decent shine.
