I'm selling my house.
We had sold it subject to contract but our buyer's buyers pulled out so now we have no buyers in a position to move.
We have another house lined up to move into with no upward chain on the next property.

could you not rent it out and buy the other house anyway ?

We dont have enough deposit to put down on the other house if our money is tied up in this one.
Also, I'm porting my mortgage to the next house as I took this one out on a self-certified basis, and they dont offer these anymore.
