I'm just in the beginnings of this, I have a marketing plan but I have no cleaners. I'm too busy to commit myself to cleaning on a regular basis so I need staff.

My question is; how do you find your staff?

I checked the jobcentre and there are over 100 ads for cleaners in my area which is beyond saturation point, so unless I can get on the first page of the list its pretty much pointless.

Also since we are doing domestic cleaning would you require that applicants have transport or just make it clear that they would need to make sure they can reliably move around the town (public transport is atrocious in Barnsley, particularly to the areas where my target market is)?
