We read a fair bit on here about PITA customers so I just wanted to write some good cheer about two of my customers today.

Customer 1:  I cleaned her windows early afternoon and popped the bill through her letter box when I had finished.  She is one of my customers who pay by BACS.  I've just logged on to my business account and she has transferred the money already.

Customer 2:  Asked me last Autumn if I could do some extra work for her in the Spring which I did today.  I ought to have quoted a bit more really for it all but she is one of those custies who is an absolute gem so I was happy to give her a good deal.  When she paid, she gave me an extra £20.

So I just wanted to redress the balance to say that there are some good custies out there.

I posted a couple of hundred leaflets the other month. Got a call from a man in a nice house and nice area saying his window cleaner has gone missing can I quote.

I went and quoted, and he wanted me to quote his neighbours. I did. I got a call back about three weeks later after forgetting about him saying he has checked with the old window cleaner if he s still working and can I come instead.

I clean them on the first time, he has left money for him and neighbour in a location for me. also hooked me up with gutter cleaning. His daughters. Speaking to his other neighbours, and meeting with the old window cleaner (thats packing it in) about me taking some work off him.

Most helpfull customer I have ever had and only cleaned his windows once. keep getting calls from him saying can you quote so and so at this address lol.
