What would you price this summer house for a one off/first clean and regular clean? Its the roof and sides. They have a cottage which I think i've got the price for but it's the summer house i'm not to sure on. Also they won't say if they want it regular until they have a quote.

One off as they will probably never have it cleaned again.

Well thats a good one but it looks like its been built for years and the glass would be brittle.

You either need to have a high insurance for any breakages and i would ask my insurance company about it first.

And if you want to take it on then the one off price clean would need to be no lease than £300  as if you brake any glass on that you be looking around £80 plus to replace the glass.

And would it be just outside or would your customer want the insides doing too??

It's nice to make money but foolish if it all went wrong and then you could have a court case against you as people will try to claim anything!!

same here, i wouldnt touch it unless they signed saying any damages are not your fault, i would then want around £100 for the first clean an then £80 there after.

I clean a nursery which is a old house and the windows upstairs where the kids dont go are very thin an brittle, i got the owner to sign a waiver first before i start cleaning and one has a crack which i refuse to clean until she has replaced it.

I would agree with everyone else.
I have done a couple like this, although much smaller. The glass in them is usualy very thin and breaks really easily.
Personaly I would price high to allow myself most of the day to clean it, that way I could take my time and be as careful as possible.
Chances are it will only take a few hours, but I would not take that risk.
