suggestions for a happier day
« on: August 17, 2005, 09:10:04 am »
1) Before climbing the ladder, scream "I hate this every time, I wish I had a head for heights"
2) Tell at least one customer, " I'm very sorry, but due to increased fuel prices I'm going to have to charge you less this time"
3)Knock on customer's door first, and say "I'd love to stop and chat but I must get on"

pricing the work right in the 1st place

Or, even better, overpricing and finding the customer is over the moon with your job and your price!

*****NEWSFLASH*****

The best way to start the day is to find out the wife is leaving you (for whatever reason, any'll do).

Joy of joys when you realise that the old hag will not persue you around the  house for the smallest of reasons.

Then you can get on and make some real money, and spend it on the sprog.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!    ;D  ;D    ;D   ;D   ;D   ;D

Cheers, PJ,

You're right.

I've lost my Rojack Ladder Stopper, argued with a 'customer' and a button has fallen off my mobile phone!

Your post made me smile though.
