Thing is with goals is they have to be achievable !   If not you can get dispondent ,try and make smaller goals .

A few months back I set myself a target of 100 new custies, I didn't set myself a time limit as such, just to have achieved that target by the middle of the summer would please me.
So far have got over 40 newbies, so pleased with that.
