Silicone Wash - 16 oz.

Use this solvent-based chemical to clean all surfaces in preparation for repairing and coloring. Silicone Wash emulsifies silicone, wax, and other contaminants that can prevent adhesion of paint and repair products. First clean the area with Vinyl and Leather Cleaner. Wipe Silicone Wash onto the area with a clean towel or brush and agitate as necessary. Wipe off with a dry towel to remove the resulting emulsion of Silicone Wash and contaminants.

Price: $8.95

Does he mean the type of rinse that they use at the auto car wash (not the immigrant handwash ) that makes the water bead.
