We did some of the flats up there; until we were messed about by too many of the residents with an adverse reaction to paying on time 
It's odd as it's the only place we did in Devonport with crappy customers :
I use to do some of the flats too, but the lower flats kept on complaining about the water on there windows so we stopped cleaning all flats there!!!
Got asked twice today about cleaning flats, but said no and told them my reasons!
Only way I will clean the flats is if they all have them done, one of the residents said she will have a word and took a load of business cards.
